I offer clinical and professional supervision for social workers and social work students, grounded in the same values that shape my therapeutic work - safety, warmth, and a trauma-informed lens. Available in person or via Telehealth.

What I Offer

Individual supervision, tailored to where you are in your career and what you need most right now. That can be case consultation, support with complex or high-risk clients, working through ethical dilemmas, or simply having a regular space to debrief and reflect.

Supervision can focus on:

• Clinical supervision — case discussion, risk and ethical considerations, treatment planning, and skill development

• Professional development — building confidence in your practice, working through career questions, and supporting your growth as a clinician over time

Sessions are offered flexibly and as needed via video call.

I see supervision as a collaborative relationship, not a one-way evaluation. My approach is reflective and grounded, we'll look closely at the clinical material you bring, but also make space for how the work is landing on you. Having worked across such varied settings, I bring practical, real-world perspective rather than a one-size-fits-all framework, and I tailor each session to what's actually useful for your context and your clients.
